The Ending Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2013 finally!…but, there’s more….
Representatives Jared Polis of Colorado and Earl Blumenauer of Oregon introduced two legislative measures that would end the federal prohibition on marijuana and permit for the regulated production, retail sales of cannabis to adults in states that have legalized its consumption. “We are in the process of a dramatic shift in the marijuana policy landscape,” said Rep. Blumenauer. “Public attitude, state law, and established practices are all creating irreconcilable difficulties for public officials at every level of government. We want the federal government to be a responsible partner with the rest of the universe of marijuana interests while we address what federal policy should be regarding drug taxation, classification, and legality.” Blumenauer’s office said Monday that tax revenue from the… Read More
The Insider Details of Urine Testing For Pot and Other Drugs
In Remembrance of My Favorite Pot Smoker and Activist….Jack Herer
I became familiar with Jack Herer’s work in college. His book The Emperor Wears No Clothes.. served as one of my most useful research books for papers. It provided the details to counter against the propaganda created against the commonly grown plant. The prohibitionist Law against “Marijuana” and hemp was created under hypocrital and questionable rationality. This became the foundation of many of my essays about basic humanitarian rights and the political manipulation of those rights. Herers’ Book served as the Footnote in many freethinking college essays. His work has lead me to working full time against employment discrimination of those who consume The Herb. I work for Cleartest.com to help people pass drug tests. Urine based drug tests are… Read More

There has been is allot of progress in the cannibis users rights movement.. But how much of this is actual or just good PR for politicians. Atleast the unfavorable positions of politicians are shifting to match the favorable statistics of the general population. Even after Obama’s declaration to keep from raiding lagitimate Medical Marijuana distributors. The police keep it a mystery how much law enforcement will be utilized in an attempt to prove who is legitimate or a”criminal organization” On October 19th The in a memo Attorney General Eric clarified the policy announced by Federal officials…’that they should desist from raiding and prosecuting state-approved medical marijuana providers’. Less than a week after Holder’s announcement, more than a dozen Drug Enforcement Agency… Read More
Obama Doesn’t consider marijuana legalization a serious issue
President Obama…. Doesn’t consider marijuana leagalization a serious issue! And has said that directly in interviews. April 28 “Doctors perscribing Marijuana..I have no problem with that… I think there are legitimate concerns in not allowing people to grow there own or start setting up Mom and Pop shops…because at that point it becomes fairly difficult to regulate (them)….whether I want to use allot of political capital on that issue.. the likelyhood f that being really high on my list isn’t likely…what I am not going to be doing is using justice department resources to circumvent State Laws on this issue…simply because I want folks to be investigating violent crimes, potential terrorism..we got allot of things for our law enforcement officers… Read More
Hair Testing Facts & Fallacies
The Hair Follicle test measures compounds caught in the hair that may be related to, but not necessarily created from illicit substances. It is then trapped from an unspecified amount of time in the hair oil. (any where from 6 months to a year and a half) Testing facilities often mislead people by claiming that the hair test is more accurate in telling amount used within 30-90 days. Taking the measurement from how fast hair grows (approx.1/4 inch per month) Therefore 3 months = 3 quarters of an inch. But this is misleading… There are no studies on how long it takes for old hair oil to circulate out of the hair. And for the substances trapped in the oil… Read More
White House releases another pack of Lies about Marijuana Use
I have to respond to the New Study released today by “The White House” The report said more teens use marijuana than all other illegal drugs combined… Keep in mind that federal funds aren’t given if a study has any positive conclusions about the use of Cannabis. The report claims that “marijuana worsens” depression, schizophrenia and various other ‘teen’ problems. They quote that they are referring to ‘new’ data…(of which I have to see a copy of yet). And that teens that smoke are ‘thinking’ 3 times more about committing suicide then others? But really.. How can they possibly get a reliable number for that? What segment of teen population can possibly give that revealing of an answer to a… Read More
Pass a Drug Test: Is the War on Drugs Over (and How Important Is It to Pass a Drug Test)?
Drugs may be prohibited, banned, or prescribed, and some can be bought over the counter. What makes it interesting is the fact that drugs can be abused and can be a cause for conflict. Drug policies in the guise of curbing the battle both in government and private entities can do more harm than good. A policy which would require students and employees to undergo drug test can have social and psychological implications. How do you really pass a drug test? Does passing a drug test guarantee security in school and work tenure? Do these tests which may include hair test, urine test, to name a few, prevent or impede drug use? The drug war has been waged. Many are… Read More
