Read all instructions carefully before using the Quick Flush capsules. Avoid all toxins and unnecessary medications for at least 48-72 hours. Do not eat or drink for 4 hours prior to using the Quick Flush capsules. Begin taking the Quick Flush capsules 60 minutes prior to your deadline.

  1. Take two capsules every 15 minutes with a 12 ounce glass of water.
  2. Over a one hour period, you will take 10 capsules total along with 60 ounces of water. Individuals weighing 200 lbs. or more should drink one additional 12 ounce glass of water after consuming all capsules.
  3. Urinate frequently to remove toxins. Continue to avoid food and beverages.
  4. Immediately after you finish taking the Quick Flush capsules, you will be in the Clear Zone™ for up to 5 hours.
